Breast Surgery Before and After Images
Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
Results after Breast Surgery
Getting satisfactory results after undergoing plastic surgery is essential for each patient. However, it is important to know that when it comes to breast surgery, the results depend not only on the talent and experience of the plastic surgeon, but also the patient’s ability to follow the post-operative rules and recommendations. Generally speaking, the final results after the breast surgery can take up to six months to occur. During this time is important to avoid ample arms movements that could lead to wounds opening, but also smoking and medication that could lead to bleeding post-op. Keep in mind that you should also avoid sun exposure, especially at the level of the scars for at least one year after the surgery.
Follow up consultations after breast surgery
Schedule the post-operative consultations with your plastic surgeon and make sure to stick to the schedule to allow Dr Hunt to monitor your recovery process, as well as the scar formation.
